Cette marque n\u00e9erlandais qui a vu le jour en 2015 vend un produit hybride \u00e0 la fois barbecue, plancha et bras\u00e9ro. Pour les fondateurs, un Ofyr est plus qu\u2019une simple machine, c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable oeuvre d\u2019art que l\u2019on expose dans son jardin et autour duquel on se r\u00e9unit pour passer un Un Ofyr combine \u00e7a avec le plaisir du plein air. J\u2019ai peut-\u00eatre pass\u00e9 trop de temps \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur devant un \u00e9cran auparavant et l\u00e0 j\u2019\u00e9tais ravi de d\u00e9couvrir un autre monde. Plus agr\u00e9able car on passe beaucoup de temps dehors et on mange bien. C\u2019est une activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sociable et pas solitaire du tout. La France \u00e9tait le premier march\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re mais si on regarde plus en d\u00e9tail les ventes par habitants, il y a un march\u00e9 assez unique qui est la Belgique ! Les Belges adorent investir pour leur jardin, leur terrasse, pour leur maison. Ils ont un vrai go\u00fbt pour les belles choses. Nous avons toujours eu de la demande de professionnels qui souhaitaient cuisiner \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements par exemple et nous avons donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une gamme plus stable avec des grandes roues. Le principe de cuisson et la capacit\u00e9 restent identiques \u00e0 un Ofyr classique simplement il se d\u00e9place et \u00e0 une poign\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la date, j\u2019avoue que nous avons toujours des id\u00e9es pour d\u00e9velopper la marque. Cette gamme a quelques accessoires en plus comme un plan de travail extra large. Ca permet aux chefs de travailler \u00e0 plusieurs et c\u2019est quelque chose qu\u2019ils aiment beaucoup faire.
