Avec une bouteille de gaz connect\u00e9e on arrivait \u00e0 300\u00b0 voire 400\u00b0 pour les plus grosses planchas type Amalia. Il faut savoir que la cuisine \u00e0 la plancha est une cuisine dynamique o\u00f9 l\u2019on pose des aliments froids sur une planche qui doit rester chaude pour ne pas bouillir les aliments. Le probl\u00e8me de base de l\u2019\u00e9lectrique c\u2019est que les planchas n\u2019\u00e9taient pas assez puissantes donc on ne pouvait pas saisir une viande et avoir l\u2019effet maillard d\u2019une plancha\u00a0(cette caram\u00e9lisation tant attendue et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e ndlr). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre derni\u00e8re collaboration avec Peugeot, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 la gamme Signature qui elle va \u00eatre innovante car \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de radians. Ils vont permettre \u00e0 la plaque de chauffer imm\u00e9diatement et donc techniquement d\u2019avoir un produit aussi efficace qu\u2019une plancha \u00e0 gaz. Nous sommes les seuls \u00e0 faire des planchas trois br\u00fbleurs en 60cm avec des gros br\u00fbleurs \u00e0 double parois qui r\u00e9partissent de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale la chaleur au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la fin de la plaque.
